At Vuhve, we want you to love your purchase. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or does not function as intended, we're here to help.

30-Day Refund Window

Customers may request a refund within 30 days of receiving their order.

To be eligible for a refund, you must provide:

  • Your order number

  • The email address used to place the order

  • Clear photo and/or video evidence demonstrating the issue with the product

This allows our team to verify the problem and process your request as quickly as possible.

Photo & Video Evidence Requirement

For claims involving defective, damaged, or non-functioning products, photo and/or video evidence is required before a refund can be approved.

Videos should clearly demonstrate the issue being experienced. Photos should clearly show any visible damage or defects.

Failure to provide sufficient evidence may result in the refund request being denied.

No Return Required

In most cases, approved refunds do not require the product to be returned.

Once your claim has been reviewed and approved by our support team, you may keep, dispose of, or recycle the product as you see fit.

Please do not send products back unless specifically instructed by Vuhve support.

Refund Approval & Processing

Once your request has been reviewed, we will notify you of the outcome via email.

If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Depending on your bank, credit card provider, or payment processor, refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear in your account.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refund requests may be denied if:

  • No photo or video evidence is provided when requested

  • The issue cannot be verified

  • The request is submitted more than 30 days after delivery

  • The claim is determined to be fraudulent or abusive

  • The product damage was caused by misuse, improper handling, or modification after delivery
